靶点说明

EBV是一种γ疱疹病毒,可以在宿主细胞内建立非生产性(潜伏)和生产性(裂解)感染。BMLF1 protein促进早期和晚期病毒mRNA的核输出。BMLF1 protein (259-267) GLCTLVAML 具有激活来自EBV阳性患者血液“记忆”病毒特异性CD8(+) T细胞的能力。

BMLF1 protein (259-267) 特异性T细胞存在于EBV携带人群中,直接控制病毒复制损伤。

在测量BMLF1 protein (259-267) 特异性CD8 + T细胞频率方面,BMLF1 protein (259-267) HLA-A*02:01四聚体染色获得的价值平均比从ELISOPOT高4.4倍,四聚体染色可从EBV病毒携带者PBMC中检出多达5.5%抗原特异性CD8 + T细胞。
